Elegant Aroma reminiscent of forest fruit preserves, over a background of toast and vanilla. Lush and complex palate with very smooth tannins that are prolonged in the jammy notes aroma.
Perfect with starters (meat and rice with vegetables) and fine meat as well as cheeses. Served at 17-deg C. If properly cellared, it will continue to improve over the next 30 years. |

This Red Wine is produced by a traditional method of vinification using regular recycling and constant temperature control for extraction of the elegant and distinguished tanins.
The grape variety of this wine is assembled out of Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon, and Mourvèdre.
Aged in French oak barrels for a period of twelve months, this wine is very well structured, rounded, full bodied, majestic and coarse. It has an excellent complex bouquet of wild herbs and spices that manifests better with age.
Recommended at a temperature of 15-17 °C with all coldcut meats, red meat, game birds, Cheese, and Lebanese Mezze. |

This wine is produced by
a traditional method of fermentation; after one night (12 hours)
of maceration of the juice and the skin, the juice is separated
and vinified at low temperature in order to preserve aroma and elegance.
Grape variety include Grenache, Mourvedre, Carignan
and Cinsault. Delicate rose color with reflexion of orange. Intense
and fruity nose. Full in mouth without aggression. Complex, fine
and long lasting in mouth.
To be drank chilled as an aperitif with a large variety
of salads, all sorts of Italian plates, cold-cut meats, red meat
and Lebanese mezzes. |
